Abstract:
Some of the most important aspects of conventional methods of concrete repair and restoration are reviewed, compared, and emphasized. Particularly, factors affecting bond, permeability, cracking, durability, and appearance are discussed. It is particularly emphasized that fully satisfactory repairs are seldom obtained without thorough inspection to insure strict adherence to all parts of the specified procedure.
