Abstract:
Contractors confronted with the need to compress or accelerate a construction schedule face the potential for extreme difficulties. Construction overtime can be a popular option to effectively compress a project schedule. For a short duration, the additional costs associated with placing crews on overtime may be less than the cost of training new workers.
