Abstract:
Communication among the architect, engineer of record, general contractor, and formwork designer is arguably one of the most important issues on any concrete construction project. The more quality interaction there is, the more smoothly and accurately the project will progress - especially on fast-track projects. Every member of the project team should share the common goal of getting the structure built safely, on time, and within budget, and all communication should serve the purpose of achieving that goal.
