Abstract:
Glass fiber-reinforced concrete (GFRC), utilizing both virgin (VGF) and recycled glass fibers (RGF), enhances the mechanical properties and durability of concrete, improving tensile and flexural strength, shrinkage resistance, and overall performance. This study investigates the effects of glass fiber type and dosage on the mechanical performance, shrinkage, and durability of GFRC, with a focus on the sustainable use of RGF as a substitute for VGF.
