Abstract:
As the concrete construction industry responds to the need to reduce greenhouse gas emissions (GHGs), low-carbon specifications for concrete construction are becoming increasingly prevalent. With this paradigm shift come new specifications, means and methods, documentation requirements, and changes in expectations and associated responsibilities.
