Abstract:
Prefabricated curtain wall façade panels in high-rise buildings are often attached to the structure by anchor channels. To maximize floor space in these structures, connection points of the façade panels are moving closer to the edge, while concrete decks are becoming thinner. To overcome these challenges, an anchor channel supplemented with anchor reinforcement has been developed.
