Abstract:
This month’s Detailing Corner, examines dimensions of sloped walls and their effect on the reinforcing bar details. It also provides a clarification to the August 2011 Concrete International article, “Detailing Concrete Columns,” in response to an RFI from members of ACI-ASCE Joint Committee 408, Development and Splicing of Deformed Bars.
