Abstract:
In view of requirments of the energy conservation and environmental protection, the feasibility of poly wood-naphthalene superplasticizer is studied, which is prepared by waste paper pulp and naphthalene superplasticizer.By adjusting the waste paper pulp and naphthalene superplasticizer's mass ratio, optimizing the graft-copolymerization time and temperature, the graft-copolymerization of the two intermediates is realized successfully.Infrared spectroscopy show that the poly wood-naphthalene superplasticizer is a new mate-rial,and its performance is better than naphthalene superplasticizer.Tests show that poly wood-naphthalene superplasticizer is a kind of superplasticizer with high water reducing and high slump retaining ability, which overcomes the disadvantage of excessive slump loss of naphthalene superplasticizer.
