Abstract:
The technology utilized in concrete high-rise building design and construction continues to evolve. Exposed portions of concrete high-rises, such as balconies, slab edges, columns, and shearwalls may eventually require rehabilitation. Completion of a successful rehabilitation project requires a varied expertise to ensure that all elements are properly addressed.
