Abstract:
A considerable portion of the highway pavements that have been constructed in Queensland, Australia in the past few years have had at least one structural layer of roller compacted concrete. The development of pavement configurations incorporating RCC layers has been a progression from soil stabilization rather than an adaption of concrete technology.
