Abstract:
A versatile modular structural forming system for curvilinear concrete shapes and structures that eliminates the high cost of conventional framework has been commercially available for 9 years. When combined with shotcrete, the system can be used to design and construct a wide variety of thin-shell earth sheltered structures that are cost competitive and have superior energy efficiency and strength.
