Abstract:
It’s not uncommon for project specifications to contain language requiring reinforcement placing drawings early in the project schedule, along with many of the other shop drawings. In this point-of-view article, the author discusses why reinforcement placing drawings should not be held to the same delivery schedule as the shop drawings required for other building components.
