Abstract:
Appendix to 105-S55 Where is Shear Reinforcement Required? A Review of Research Results and Design Procedures. This appendix provides the experimental data and references to generate the results shown in this paper. Details of 1849 shear tests are included from the past 60 years. In addition, worked examples of the strut-and-tie calculations and the sectional calculations of the AASHTO/CSA method are included.
