Abstract:
This paper is intended to serve as an introduction to the use of the Bureau of Public Roads "Strength and Serviceability Criteria-Reinforced Concrete Bridge Members-Ultimate Design" and to show briefly how the serviceability of a structure may be controlled by the use of these criteria.
