            Abstract:
In preparing specifications for certain cement products, two methods have been employed. One method is to word the specification so as to leave the discretion of the manufacturer the methods of mixing, molding and curing the cement product and to specify the character of the finished product, giving various tests and requirements to which it must conform, also giving directions as to how the finished product shall be incorporated into the work for which it is intended.
