Abstract:
Although preplaced-aggregate concrete is not a replacement for ordinary concrete applications, it is an ideal option for many unusual and difficult placing conditions, especially for repair of existing concrete structures. It is easily executed and can provide superior results. With minimal experience, therefore, any competent concrete worker or contractor can quickly become proficient in the application of this material. This article provides tips for those considering its use.
