Abstract:
This paper presents a stress analysis of cracked, reinforced, or partially prestressed, arbitrary, polygonal with mixed reinforcement consisting of a combination of prestressed and nonprestressed reinforcement with individual mechanical properties under axial load and biaxial bending in the servieablity limit state. The method covers symmetrical and unsymmetrical cross sections and cases with polygonal holes in the cross section. A similar problem has been treated in the previous page, where the analysis was limited to specical cross sections. Also the ultimate flexural capacity problem for cracked, polygonal concrete sections has been solved in previous papers.
