            Abstract:
            This article describes research on the effects of cooling phases on the load-bearing capacity of concrete members in a fire funded by ACI Foundation. The results of this research will not only have a positive impact on safety of first responders but will also benefit structural engineers who design reinforced concrete structures for fire performance.
