The American Concrete Institute (ACI) has partnered with the Institute of Concrete Technology (ICT) to offer two concrete certification programs in the United Kingdom and European Union:
Through ACI Certification, individuals can demonstrate their knowledge for working with concrete and earn more opportunities for jobs with one of the concrete industry’s most popular certifications.

To earn an ACI-ICT EN Standards Concrete Field Testing Technician certification, individuals must demonstrate the knowledge and ability to properly perform and record the results of seven basic field tests on freshly mixed concrete, as prescribed by EN Standards. The program requires a passing grade on a written examination and successful completion of a performance examination.
An ACI-ICT EN Standards Concrete Compressive Strength Testing Technician is an individual who has demonstrated the knowledge and ability to properly perform, record, and report the results of three basic laboratory procedures related to the determination of concrete compressive strength.

ACI Certification is valid for a period of five years from the date of successfully completing all requirements.
