Description:
A certified Post-Installed Concrete Anchor Installation Inspector is an individual who has demonstrated the knowledge required to properly inspect the installation of post-installed adhesive and mechanical anchors in concrete. The Inspector must understand the responsibilities and qualification requirements of the Installer, inspection requirements as cited in the documents governing the construction of the project, and the process governing the qualification of anchor systems.

REGISTRATION FEES
Certification Testing
Member: $575 Non Member: $650

Includes study guide, classroom review, mandatory adhesive anchor installation demonstration, and written exams.

Written Exam Only
Member: $235 Non Member: $290

Only for those individuals who failed their written exam on their first attempt. Fee includes written exam (no study guide)

Saturday - Full Certification
7:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. Classroom Installer Review Session
9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Classroom Inspector Review Session
11:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. Mandatory Video - Installation Procedures
11:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Lunch (provided)
12:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. Written Exams

*Times and days are subject to change without notice. There is absolutely no photography, audio or video recording allowed at the testing session.


CANCELLATION POLICY
Participants may cancel or transfer their registration to another session by emailing: lvaciregistration@outlook.com no later than 7 business days before the testing session.

Cancellations will receive a refund of the registration fee minus a $100 cancellation fee.
Transfers will be issued a coupon code for the registration fee less the $100 cancellation fee which is valid for one year from the date of issuance. This code may be used for any future certification or training.
Name substitutions are allowed up to 7 days prior to the testing session by emailing lvaciregistration@outlook.com
