Belen Wills & Ronnie Wills

Topic: The Basics of Hydrodemolition

Speakers:

Belen Will is the Head of Marketing & Education for Aggregate Technologies. She is a certified teacher with a degree in education from Louisiana State University. Belen has presented The Basics of Hydrodemolition at many lunch-and-learns to over 2,000 engineers and contractors.


Ronnie Wills is the President of Aggregate Technologies for over 27 years. He has dedicated his career to concrete cutting and removal. Ronnie enjoys complex projects and co-presents the presentation with Belen.

Bryan Birdwell, FACI & David Buzzelli, FACI

Speakers:

Bryan is well-know for his concrete industry expertise in the installation, techniques, and procedures of super flat, high tolerance, and decorative floors. Bryan also has experience with typical concrete floors, and parking lot installations. He has developed finishing techniques and methods throughout his career, and has received numerous awards (26 golden trowel awards).

David is currently Vice President at Texas A&M Concrete. He has over 30 years in all phases of concrete construction, estimating, project management. David is the current chair of ACI 640 and members of multiple others (117, 302, 360, 330, 550). He is also the recipient of multiple golden trowels awards and became a Fellow of ACI in 2023.
