The official hotels for the ACI Concrete Convention are the Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor and Baltimore Marriott Inner Harbor. All convention events will take place between both hotels.

Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor — Headquarter Hotel

The ACI group rate for the Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor is available until October 1, 2025, subject to room availability. The $195 USD rate is based on a standard single or double occupancy run of house room. The room rate may increase if you select an upgraded room option. All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. You may cancel your reservation up to 72 hours prior to check-in without penalty. After 72 hours, one night’s room and tax will be charged.

Baltimore Marriott Inner Harbor — Overflow Hotel

The $195 USD rate is based on a standard single or double occupancy run of house room. The room rate may increase if you select an upgraded room option. The Hampton Inn Baltimore – Downtown Convention Center is located 0.2 miles from the Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor. Transit time by vehicle is approximately 1 minute; walking 3 minutes. The ACI group rate is available until September 24, 2025, subject to room availability. The $175 USD rate is based on a standard single or double occupancy run of house room. The room rate may increase if you select an upgraded room option. All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card.

Cancellation Policy
Rooms cancelled for any reason less than 3 business days in advance will incur an individual cancellation fee equal to one night’s room rate plus applicable tax.

The Sonesta Baltimore Inner Harbor is located 0.5 miles from the Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor. Transit time by vehicle is approximately 5-7 minutes. The ACI group rate is available until October 3, 2025, subject to room availability. The $159 USD rate is based on a standard single or double occupancy run of house room. The room rate may increase if you select an upgraded room option. All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card.

Cancellation Policy
Individual reservations will need to be cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival dates. One night’s room and tax will be charged for any reservation that is not cancelled within the cancellation period.

Hotel Piracy

Please note: Should you receive a phone call or email requesting you make your hotel reservation or upgrade your reservation through an outside party (or a party saying they represent the hotel) for a different rate, please do not comply and contact ACI Event Services at +1.248.848.3795 to report this.
