Current Convention - Spring 2022
ACI is pleased to be hosting its ACI Concrete Convention in-person, in Orlando, FL, USA, on March 27-31, 2022. The convention will have a robust schedule that includes traditional in-person activities. Select programming will also be available live or on-demand to attendees who choose to attend virtually. Committee meetings and social events will be limited to in-person attendees. Full details including a comprehensive schedule are being finalized and will be available soon. ACI will be following the health and safety requirements set by the local, state, and federal governments at the time of the convention.

In-Person Convention Registration
In-person convention registration includes access to all committee meetings, sessions (live and on-demand), special events, and the exhibit hall.
Virtual Technical Session Only Registration
Virtual Technical Sessions registration only includes access to technical sessions (live and on-demand) and select special event content like the Opening Session. Note: Committee meetings are not included with virtual technical sessions and are only available to in-person attendees.
To register a guest, you must add the guest to the attendee online registration form. The guest registration fee includes daily breakfast Sunday-Wednesday and attendance at the Opening Reception, Concrete Mixer, and President’s Reception. Please note, there will no longer be a Guest Social on Monday afternoon. A daily breakfast enhancement at the Guest Hospitality will take its place. Guest registration does NOT include access to any other convention activities.
Graduate Student Registration
Graduate students are encouraged to apply to receive a travel stipend up to $1,000 USD to cover expenses related to attending the convention. Learn more.
Young Professional Registration
Young professionals with less than 8 years of industry experience are encouraged to apply to receive a free convention registration. Learn more.
Attention students! To qualify for the student rate, you must be a current ACI student member. All students who are not current members of ACI will need to apply for FREE student membership here. Registrations will not be accepted at the student rate until your membership application has been processed.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. You may receive a full refund through 2/13/22. After 2/13/22, there will be a $100 service charge for attendee registrations and $10 service charge for guest registrations. No refunds for registration or special event tickets will be made after 3/25/22. There are no refunds for tour tickets after the registration has been processed.
It is the policy of the American Concrete Institute (ACI) that all participants in ACI and its subsidiaries' activities and events will enjoy an environment free from all forms of harassment and retaliation. Harassment, sexual or otherwise, is a form of misconduct that undermines the integrity of ACI activities and events and violators of this policy will be subject to discipline. Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
ACI conventions are ADA-compliant. Individuals requiring special assistance must contact ACI Event Services for further information. All requests for special accommodations under ADA are handled on a case-by-case basis and must be made allowing enough time for evaluation and appropriate action by ACI.
ACI will take photographs and video during the ACI Concrete Convention and reproduce them in ACI educational, news, or promotional material—whether in print, electronic, or other media—including the ACI website. By participating in the ACI Concrete Convention, you grant ACI the right to use your name, photograph, and biography for such purposes.
All convention participants are reminded that audio recording, video recording, and photography is strictly prohibited during all committee meetings and sessions.
Responsible Drinking Policy
Alcohol will not be served to anyone under the age of 21. All ACI-sponsored receptions and events will offer nonalcoholic beverages.
Health & Safety Requirements
ACI will be following the health and safety requirements set by the local, state, and federal governments at the time of the convention. Currently, masks and social distancing are not required, but recommended for those who are unvaccinated. Meeting rooms at the Caribe Royale Hotel & Convention Center will be set to normal convention capacities.
ACI Event Platform & Mobile App
ACI is using CrowdCompass as the event platform and mobile app for the ACI Concrete Convention. All attendees will use this platform (or the mobile version) to access the virtual sessions and on-demand content. You must be a registered convention attendee in order to access the event platform. The event platform/mobile app will be available in early March.
How to Access On-Demand Content
All on-demand content is available in the convention event platform. To view on-demand recordings in the event platform, click on "On-Demand Content" in the left sidebar. From there, find the session or event you wish to view on-demand and click into the listing. Once in the listing, you will see the on-demand video and can view it straight from the event platform. On-demand content can be viewed in either the web-based version of the event platform or through the mobile app version.
