Company OverviewEn 1982 el ACI INTERNACIONAL, autoriza la formación de los Capítulos de estudiantes,en 1984 se funda el Capítulo Peruano del ACI por iniciativa del Ing. Teodoro Harmsen; es así que en 1989, en la Convención de Otoño del American Concrete Institute (ACI) es aprobado el primer Capítulo de Estudiantes Peruano representantado por los estudiantes de la Universidad Ricardo Palma, para lo cual se contó con el apoyo del Ing. Julio Rivera Feijoo y a la gestión que realizó en Estados Unidos el Ing. Teodoro E. Harmsen, distinguido como FELLOW.
