GEOGRAPHICAL TERRITORY: France, Belgium, Luxemburg, Switzerland
Objective: To respond to a desire of the ICA to open a Chapter in Europe for which the Nordic and Anglo-Saxon countries were already in the ranks.
Strengthen the French speaking represented by Quebec alone in the ICA and give the Paris Chapter an international dimension by associating Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg.
To constitute a privileged space for dialogue with North American professionals allowing a better structuring of the individual action of the many French-speaking people already working in ICA commissions.
To observe from the inside the day-to-day functioning of an engineering association with 150,000 members, with a view to bringing together AFPC (Association Française pour la Construction) and AFREM.
