These specifications cover construction of cast-in-place nonreinforced concrete pipe used for the conveyance of liquids such as irrigation water, storm water, sewerage, and industrial wastes. The specifications are a reference standard which the engineer or architect may make applicable to any cast-in-place type project by citing them in the project specifications. The second part of the bulletin presents a general view of present knowledge together with recommendations for design, construction, and testing procedures.
