Abstract: Presents information that is intended to aid the practicing engineer confronted with consideration of repeated loading on concrete structures. Investigations of the fatigue properties of component materials--concrete, reinforcing bars, welded reinforcing mats, and prestressing tendons--are reviewed. Application of this information to predicting the fatigue life of beams and pavements is discussed.
