Abstract:
The Corps of Engineers has worked closely with the ACI committee (No. 506) on shotcreting. The committee got out a Recommended Practice and published a Symposium on the subject. For the past few years it has been working on a specification, and this shouldbe completed in about a year. The specification will cover the entire field of shotcreting; a little tailoring will be needed to make it meet the specific needs of a ground support specification.
