Abstract:
Besides a "Standard Method" derived from semi-empirical considerations for the new CEB model code proposes a "Refined Method" for the design of reinforced and prestressed concrete members subjected to bending and shear. It is compatiable with the design method for torsion and combined cases of bending, shear and torsion.
