Abstract:
The writer wishes to bring very prominently to your attention the fundamental principles underlying the employment of concrete from the standpoint of art, and he wishes it distinctly understood that he means by this constructive art. Correct art is never dishonest. It is obvious and sincere. To the practiced eye that which looks right is right. Concrete employed as an imitation is bad art.
