Abstract:
So much that is contradictory has been said and wrriten concerning various methods of producing concrete which is waterproof and so much has been claimed by the vendors of various compounds which have been claimed by the vendors of various compounds which have been offered to the public as a postive solution of all waterproofing problems, that it is not surprising that not one cement user in ten has any definite or fixed opinion as to how to meet the problem of producing a waterproof concrete. There seems to be as many opinions on the subject as there are men willing to express their opinions.
