Abstract:
Describes the planning and execution of repair work on structural/architectural concrete at Norfolk Cultural and Convention Center, Va. The repair had to match color and texture if surrounding concrete as well as provide structural integrity for buttresses supporting a large dome. The repair work was accomplished while construction of the facility continued without delay.
