This webinar is the fourth in a series which covers corrosion of steel in concrete and the rehabilitation of corroding concrete structures.
In this webinar we will discuss the need to address on-going corrosion in the design and repair of corroding concrete structures. We will use ACI CODE-562-19: Code Requirements for Assessment, Repair, and Rehabilitation of Existing Concrete Structures and Commentary and project case studies to illustrate proper repair design and execution to provide durable, long-service life structures.

1. Develop a high-level understanding of ACI CODE-562-19: Code Requirements for Assessment, Repair, and Rehabilitation of Existing Concrete Structures and Commentary as it relates to durability.
2. Explain why proper evaluation is important.
3. Describe why defining repair objectives and repair service life are important.
4. Review project case studies where these principles have been used and understand the consequences if they are not employed.
