Abstract:
To obtain a perspective of the fantastic output of concrete buildings over the past 100 years, several projects from this period which are of historical and technical significance are reviewed. The concrete industry must continue to come up with new concepts and methods of construction. The future promises more competition and more rapid changes than the industry has ever known.
