Abstract: Seven of the eight members of Committee 617 approved the report as here submitted to the Insti- tute (one member not participating in committee‘s work). The Standards Committee released it for pub- lication for a period of general study and discussion but not at once for formal presentation to the Institute on motion for adoption as an ACI standard.
