Abstract:
This paper corresponds to a lecture presented by the author at the seminar on Eurocode 2, Part 1, organized in Madrid (February 4, 1992). The chapters of this Eurocode related to Serviceability Limit States (deformation, limitation of stresses and cracking) are summarized and a comparison with the Spanish Codes EH-91, EF-88 and EP-80 is established.
