Abstract:
The article describes how one company specializing in earthwork, concrete, and utilities services has transitioned from paper-based reporting on projects to daily reporting with the NoteVault mobile app. As a result, boxes of indecipherable notes have replaced with accurate information, allowing for an easy access to critical project details and data for speedy dispute resolution and better overall claim readiness.
