Abstract:
The use of precast concrete and prefabrication at the Bishops See commercial office development in the Perth CBD was an innovative and efficient method of construction for this nine storey office tower, the first 5 star green star commercial development in Western Australia. This system has minimised the impact upon the built environment using less material smartly.
