Abstract:
ACECON 2010 was organized by the Indian Concrete Institute and the Indian Institute of Technology Madras. More than 75 papers were presented at the conference, including 20 keynote lectures by leading international experts. Paper topics include special concretes, durability of concrete structures, optimization of concrete microstructure to meet specific requirements, and repair and strengthening technologies. Singular and path-breaking construction projects as well as new developments from the laboratory are covered.
