Abstract:Internal curing is especially beneficial to improve concrete performance. Internal curing of concrete is carried out by using the super absorbent polymer, and the frost resistance of concrete is studied. The results indicate that whether the super absorbent polymer (SAP) or double mixed with SAP and fly ash, can improve the frost resistance of concrete and its strength loss after 250 freeze-thaw cycles is 4%～8% lower than the blank sample.
