Abstract:
The Rubberized Portland Cement Concrete (RPCC) is prepared by adding proper rubber powder into cement concrete,and the rubber powder can improve the toughness and impact resistance of concrete.The performance of impact resistance of RPCC is studied by using the experimental technology of Split Hopkinson Pressure Bar (SHPB).The stress-strain curve under different strain rates and toughness index are obtained for RPCC,and the influences of rubber powder particle sizes and dosage on dynamic properties of concrete are analyzed and discussed.
