Abstract:
Because the thermal expansion coefficient is different between CFRP and concrete, temperature stress is produced when the free form deformations of two kinds of materials are confined under the temperature difference.Usually, temperature stress increases when the temperature difference increases.By the ANSYS software, under the cooling temperature difference of 30℃,40℃,50℃ and 60℃,the temperature stress of reinforced concrete columns confined with CFRPs is analyzed. The purpose is that it can be helpful to the control of temperature stresses of reinforced concrete columns confined with CFRPs in cold areas.
