Abstract:
Describes a Corps of Engineers research program--Repair, Evaluation, Maintenance, and Rehabilitation--initiated to identify and develop cost-effective technology to maintain and/or extend the service life of the infrastructure. Studies of several problem areas involving concrete structures and technology transfer efforts are highlighted.
