Abstract:
While there is a general consensus among engineering educators about the need to teach use of computers to engineering students, there is much less widespread agreement about how this can best be accomplished. Article describes how the introduction to and use of computers is currently being accomplished in the Department of Civil Engineering at the Speed Scientific School, University of Louisville.
