Abstract:
Because of the numerous advantages of specialty refractories, such as availability, cost, ease of installation, etc., in industrial applications, their utilization has increased significantly in recent years. A large portion of that increase involves the usage of refractory concrete, and thereby the effect of water content or consistency on properties and performance acquires increased importance.
