Title: Yield-Line Anaylsis of Reinforced Concrete Slabs Using a Digital Computer
Author(s): Manoranjan Das, Kanchit Malaivongs, and R.B.L. Smith
Publication: Special Publication
Appears on pages(s): 259-282
Keywords: computer programs; concrete slabs; loads (forces); reinforced concrete; structural analysis; yield line method
Abstract:A simple computer program is described for the yield line solution of isotropic and orthotropic reinforced concrete slabs based on a simplex routine. It is illustrated by examples and it is used to compare the effects of simplifications to the yield line patterns. It is available in Fortran and Atlas autocode versions.
