Abstract:
In presenting for the consideration of this body of practical cement users an improved system of "forms" for use in monolithic concrete construction and in the effort to make perfectly plain its full merits without going into such minute detail and specification as would become tiresome, the writer is aware that he has set for himself a task of no mean consquences, and may not be able to fully succeed. It is conceded that there is a great need of radical improvement along this line, and if it can be shown that there has been such improvement made, then this effort and the time of this convention in hearing will have been profitable.
