Abstract:
The Committee on Insurance has continued work along the line of investigation started two years ago, and the results are given in tables and in comments on letters received from owners. The work has been done by correspondence with owners, by confrerence with rating associations and by study of reports of the United States Government and the fire protection associations of the country. One additional feature of the work this year has been the investigation of insurance rates of cement hollow block buildings, which are separated from monolithic construction.
