The cement shall meet the requirements of the Standard Specifications for Portland Cement of the American Society for Testing Materials and adopted by this Association. (Standard No. 1.) This paper includes materials,sub-grade, forms, construction, measuring and mixing, two-course floor, wearing course, one-course floor, and protection.
