Abstract:
The cement shall meet the requirements of the Standard Specifications for Portland Cement of the American Society for Testing Materials and adopted by this Association. (Standard No. 1.) This paper includes materials,sub-grade, sub-base, forms, expansion joints, measuring and mixing, two-course pavement, wearing course, one-course pavement, wearing surface of bitumen and sand, crown, and protection.
